Both Piotr and Agnieszka have a great deal of experience in their field of music. Piotr leads a band comprising professional musicians, He has 22 years experience of working in professional recording studios as a session musician and 9 years of specific recording and mixing experience in Poland, South Africa and Italy. He has experience with all the industry standard mixing software including Pro Tools, Cubase, and Logic Programs in both the Windows and Mac environments. 
Agnieszka has considerable business experience having launched a (still currently) successful national import-export business 14 years ago. She personally worked for the business for 9 years and was responsible for the 18 person sales department and for the personnel issues of the whole 35 person business. Agnieszka has experience in the production and distribution of CDs and has built up numerous contacts in this respect. She also spent time internationally working in Holland with Peter Helms and the Racabite Band. back to top
Vital Seed Ministries aims to bring Business and Church together to pool resources and plant seeds for birthing and strengthening Kingdom Business along the highway of the global economy in order to forcefully advance God’s Kingdom and save souls. Vital Seed Ministries seeks to provide and distribute seeding resources of start-up capital, consultancy, mentoring, wisdom and vision through a backbone of relational based networks in partnership with the local Church and Business. Local Church
Piotr and Agnieszka are members of the local church in Legnica under the leadership of Wieslaw Ziemba. Wieslaw is also a senior leader of the national apostolic movement “Poland for Jesus” and he is very well connected with international networks of Kingdom minded men & women including Alan Vincent of Outpouring Ministries. Part of Vital Seed’s seeding model is that a strong, Kingdom minded local church be in place to help verify needs, hold accountable and to help in many ways the birthing of the new business. There will therefore be a strong relationship between the potential business and the local church which is a necessary component in our seeding model. This relationship between church and business will help build the and strengthen Christian community. It will do this by bringing the respective resources together and by providing mutual strength to each other, integrating the activities of church into business and of business to better minister in local church. It will also provide the required ongoing accountability to the business and provide the structure to enable the seed to be returned to the local church to provide for further seeding. back to top

Poland became the first of the eastern European countries to overthrow Communist rule in 1989 . It joined Nato in 1999 and the EU in May 2004. Poland's profile on the international stage was raised following its support for the US-led military campaign in Iraq.
Kingdom Impact
Poland’s population is currently 38.5 million. Poland has achieved some success in creating a market economy and attracting foreign investment but unemployment is high while incomes and growth are low. The huge farming sector is unwieldy and very inefficient. Corruption has been singled out by the European Commission as a particularly major problem which must be urgently addressed. Up to a quarter of Poles also watch foreign TV channels.
The opportunities to forcefully advance the Kingdom in Poland through new Kingdom Business is therefore very good. Piotr and Agnieszka already have a national profile in the Christian music market and similarly a significant national profile in the secular market. The potential to transform and infiltrate the usually godless dark world of the music and entertainment business is great. With the absence of good professional recording facilities this recording business will be able to attract custom from all over Poland and possibly other parts of Europe. Poland’s position and profile in Europe is increasing and will continue to become an influence in the new emerging Europe.

The business will comprise a recording, sound engineering and production facility with new record labels for both the Christian and secular markets. It will have the ability to record and capture live performances. It will serve the personal music ministry of Piotr and Agnieszka and that of other Christian and secular artists.

Vital Seed has made contact with a number of US based professionals in the music industry in order to better understand the business needs and to bring expert wisdom and advise to the project.
We have been introduced to Randy Adams of Adam Sound .com who is based in Dallas, TX. Randy has considerable experience in the music industry and particularly with respect to live recording and production. Randy has already built a number of recording studios around the world including one in Minsk, Belarus. He has recorded for many international names including for Integrity Music and many others. He has extensive live recording experience and did the Awake America CD with Lindell Cooley a few years ago.
Randy is helping us validate the needs by advising us on a different ways to achieve the same end, for example by building a totally mobile facility. He is currently looking at the very extensive and complex equipment list and making comments with respect to compatibility with other systems, extendibility, value for money, best practices and sustainable technology to name a few parameters. back to top
