- Steve travels to India frequently, starting multiple technical businesses and learning about the spiritual principalities and environment there.
- Vital Seed Ministries partners with Duncan Watkinson’s ministry “Serving the Poor and Needy” (SPAN), located in Bangalore, and the Kingdom company Turbocam located in Goa.
2007
- Vital Seed supports “Michael” in starting and developing a Kingdom company in Gulbarga.
- The company grows Jatropha beans and raises goats.
- Michael uses the proceeds to minister to the local leper colony.
2012
- Impact India begins: God instructs Steve to select 6 teenagers and take them to India to “show them the power of the Kingdom of God.” This faith step led to many miracles and a long-term mission in Pune.
- The mission continues to operate and fund a Christ-led micro-financing operation in a muslim-dominated slum.
- Many have converted to Christ.
2013
- Impact India sends several missionaries from Leon Springs Baptist Church to Pune to minister in the slum, and to advance the Kingdom through supporting the local Christian school “Shining Light School.”
- Sashi and Neelam run the school which provides Christian-based, English-speaking education to the kids in the slum.
- This is a generation-changing ministry.
