Our friendship with Pastor Rafael Gutierrez started in 2013 when Steve and Rafael met to discuss strategies to bless the people of Cuba with the Kingdom of God. Pastor Rafael has been used by God to work with Vital Seed to start Impacto Cuba, Impact Dominican Republic, and Impacto Mexico. Pastor Rafael and his church supports those missions, as well as Impacto Costa Rica.
